Renting the vehicle was quick and easy - I was able to make an online reservation in a few minutes and I didn't have any issues picking it up the next day. We were greeted with a smile and the staff were friendly and helpful - we were on our way in a matter of minutes. We were super impressed with the brand new Suburban we rented which was in pristine condition and had top of the line technology as well as safety features we loved. It was able fit my entire family of 6 + ski gear for a weekend in the mountains without having to take two vehicles. The price was half the quoted amount at enterprise and we had a brand new vehicle. We will definitely rent with Avis again!

It was quick and easy to reserve a car and pay for it online. Pick up in store was also very easy. The staff was friendly and helpful. The car itself was nice and great on gas. It was also significantly cheaper to rent through Avis than Hertz.
The store and car were a bit dirty. The shop smelled funky and the car had stains on the seats. Also there was some kind of transmission problem the car experienced when accelerating from a stop. It was not a big deal however as we had no issue with our journey. I was a bit ticked off that the underage surcharge was over $100 but I understand.
Staff was friendly and fast. They had the car we needed for a reasonable price. We dropped off our car two days early and had no issues with anything.
Really bad customer service. First they mislead you with wrong information about the car you are about to receive and then they tell you it was your choice so we won't change the car.
Overall, I will go back in the future.
