I really appreciate the employee customer relations in this store. There Geek Squad Department is also Top Notch... On a side note as of 7/1/17 there is a tall (6') brunette that works at the front Kiosk thing and she checks departing customers receipts, she is magical, really she is. Somehow she is able to adjust your eyes just with her look and her smile to make your eyes feel extremely good, you may also realize a rush of endorphins and libido along with some natural euphoria when first laying eyes on her. In other words she is a very good looking young woman. Also very nice and respectable. Same as all of the employees at this location.
Better know what you want and are looking for before heading into this best buy.
Staff members at this store are very sweet and helpful. Everyone I talked to had great advice on which electronics and games best fit my budget and needs. However, on multiple locations I have visited this store to find that what I need is out of stock. I wouldn't be surprised at this if I were shopping in the holiday season but their lack of inventory has forced me to go elsewhere. It's gotten pretty frustrating to the point where I don't think I'll be coming back at all.
Couldn't find any items online, because there computers were so old and slow, took 5 minutes to load a page. Not able to answer my questions fully, give me more options, or have a solid opinion or knowledge base until the 3rd best buy associate came over.
Got the run around trying to recycle my old printer. Everything took forever, and each associate seemed to tell us something different.
Went here to price shop some ovens. This was the last stop of four. Of the four places this was the only one where I was approached and asked if I needed assistance in fact I was asked a couple of time. The first guy was really helpful asked me what I was looking for and even printed off the specs of each model that matched my needs. He was very helpful and spent more time than needed to ensure I happy with my options even though it was busy and black Friday week. I will be buying my stove from here!
It's Best Buy, I buy pretty much all my electronics here. The staff at this location usually very friendly and helpful. I've had a few problems and they've all been handled quick and nicely. It has definitely improved over the last 2 years.
