I would love to share pictures of how they left my Sophie!!! They called me after starting to shave her before her bath I must mention and said she had “dog lice”. After 2 different appts with vets they both said that the lice did not “harvest” on her but had first comtact with her at one time. I can’t help but wonder how “clean” this pet smart is??? Do they clean anything after each grooming? It was filthy when I arrived, to be honest I almost left, I should have
Waited close to 30 minutes to get assistance after asking only 2 employees on the floor. One in the adoption area and one cashier. Everyone else on break or lunch this was after 1 pm. Was told they had paged the manager who did come about 20 minutes after second page. The either need to schedule better or get more employees! Once the manager showed up he was polite and helpful. Past experiences have been better so gave 3 stars. If it was my first time unlikely would ever return.
Love this store, Joy the dog trainer was awesome to work with. She always answered any questions even when our classes were over. Both my cat & dog were taken to this Banfield & the staff was always friendly & great with both of my furr babies!
I have been going to this petsmart for ages. I took training classes here, I buy all my pet things here, etc. I bought 2 guinea pigs and have had hell since then. After researching these animals I have found that they are completely abused and neglected here. They sell cages marketed towards MULTIPLE guinea pigs that aren't even big enough for one according to the Humane Society and many other sources. None of the cages they sell are big enough for one and they will become severely depressed. I got mine and they were both sick immediately, as are nost that you get from PetSmart and other pet stores. One of mine just died because she kept getting sick thanks to Petsmarts mistreatment of her. We have spent over $300 trying to get them better and are now terrified the other will die. DO NOT BUY ANIMALS HERE. If people stop buying them, they will stop selling them and that will help stop the mistreatment of these animals. They deserve better than the terrible mistreatment of this company. The workers are just doing as they're told, but the company itself knows this is wrong.
2 stars because COLLEEN employee at register we were at, rushed us was not polite, was Rude. We go to make a tag at the kiosk. I look over at her register she is so nice and polite to the Caucasian with the husky giving it treats which is nice but ignored our puppy. I don't know maybe it was our young tattoo appearance just goes to show who the real bigot is. Everyone else is very helpful and kind. We won't be going back there if COLLEEN is still there.
